Stanley Xu is the owner of "The Longwell Company". He founded this company with his wife "Nanling Chen" in 1992. The Longwell Company is a real estate development firm in Bellevue in Washington.
Property Avante Apartments are owned by The Longwell Company. This company purchased Avante Apartments in 2008 which afterward was purchased by an affiliate of the Longwell Company for 33.5 million dollars.
